Bulkamid is made of 2.5% cross-linked polyacrylamide and 97.5% water. Unlike particulate agents, the bulking effect comes solely from the injected volume — predictable, controllable and precise augmentation, with no chronic inflammatory response.
No long-term complications reported in over 70,000 women across more than 15 years. The 4-quadrant technique under 0° urethroscopic control, with a 360° rotating sheath, ensures a consistent and reproducible procedure.
